Our featured project: Residential subdivision

One renovation project we’re especially proud of was the successful subdivision of a larger residential property into multiple independent single-room units. This project really showcased our ability to combine smart space planning, high-quality workmanship, and full regulatory compliance to create attractive, functional living spaces. The work involved extensive structural alterations, full electrical and plumbing upgrades, fire safety compliance, soundproofing, and bespoke interior finishes throughout. We’re particularly proud of the attention to detail and the efficient use of space, ensuring that each unit felt practical, comfortable, and finished to a high standard despite the compact layout.
